Hello mom, and any other random readers who might have stumbled on to this page somehow! Welcome to “The House of Bognanni,” my new writerly homebase in the world of internet-things and supercomputer highways.
First of all, allow me to be honest: I created this site to help spread the word about my first novel, The House of Tomorrow, coming soon from Amy Einhorn Books (Putnam). But I promise it will be more than just a big smiling photo of me and the weather report from where I’m reading. I’ll also be updating the site with any new writing links I can post, and some good old-fashioned blogging.
Topics for future blog posts may or may not include: things I think about “the process” of writing, books I’m reading and possibly enjoying, music, movies, awesome food items, notable karaoke performances I’ve witnessed, titles of future novels I don’t intend to write and what they would be about if I wrote them, incredibly witty stories about my life, and descriptions of people I’ve seen out walking around when I’m going to the gas station for a Gatorade.
And also…there’ll be some info about my book, and how it’s coming along. So, if any of that sounds interesting (or you know me from YMCA camp in 1988 and always wondered what happened to me) I ask you to consider stopping back once in awhile to check in.
